Web Search Complete app

Simple search forms for your Netvibes start page. You can search Google, YouTube, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, Altavista, Amazon, eBay, IMDB, TV.com, Wal-Mart, GoMusic (mp3 search), Flickr, IceRocket, and more! We're adding more search engines daily, if you have a suggestion, just let us know! You can configure what search engines to display on your start page, as well as what order to show them in. UPDATE: We just added Wikipedia.org, About.com, HowStuffWorks.com, InfoPlease.com, and WorldCat.com. Thanks to Monica for the suggestions! UPDATE: We just added Google French and Wikipedia French. i like it! check out my Goolge Search Widget. Its very minimal and has nice animations. you can configure it to use Live Search and Yahoo search too! http://eco.netvibes.com/widgets/231453/google-live-yahoo-search

This widget is GREAT I like the fact that the serach of a result is displayed in a new window Some suggestions for search engines : google maps, google images and allocine.fr Thanks and Bravo!

i agree, this is perfect.. except as mentioned in #4, it doesn't seem to accept any edits (the save changes button doesn't work)

Just playing with it a bit more and seriously, great idea! Also, would be great if you could include Google Maps and other map sites (US, UK and other options) Plus I don't know how hard this would be, but what about a "soft" option that allows you choose your own site i.e. enter a name (i.e. "Google") and web address, then whatever you enter into the corresponding field is used as the search term on the other site.

Fantastic idea! But I can't get it to accept my edits properly (e.g. I can't seem to get wikipedia.fr to not be shown)

You might want to add Ixquick Metasearch (http://www.ixquick.com/) as well! A very good search engine which gives also full privacy!

This is a great module. You might want to add www.pssdir.com as a specific search tool, for user generated topic of interests. I hope this helps, Alexandre
