The journal explores individual, group, neighborhood, organizational, and social levels. The coverage ranges wide, through such topics as individual and community mental and physical health; educational, legal, and work environment processes, policies, and opportunities; social welfare and social justice; studies of social problems; and evaluations of interventions. Everybody has some important moments in their lives that are worthy to share with the rest of the world - take for example, the day you were born, your graduation, your first kiss which was probably before graduation ;), the birth of your child and so on. What whosetime.com gives is a way of claiming these important events as your very own minute and then allowing others to vote and comment.
